Questions were collected on a digital wall, which were assigned to topic areas and could be linked to each other. During the online excursion, the questions were answered transparently by the lecturers or participants.

SoLaWi - Solidarity Farming - that means first and foremost: going out, exchanging ideas and getting involved. That's easier said than done when you can't meet up, but are sitting alone in front of your PC at home due to the pandemic. Hannes Gerlof and Selina Tenzer from Ackercrowd and Jule Hesse from the Solidarity Farming Network were nevertheless not afraid to share their visions of social and ecological food production with the students. In a virtual excursion on 22 January 2021, they led a tour of their projects, pointed out the differences between SoLaWi and conventional agriculture and, in the process, unabashedly promoted their own (or rather general) cause. In the process, they discussed the problems that farms are facing today, the approaches to solving them that exist in SoLaWi, and where there is still a need for expansion. It was nice to be on a field with others again, even if only virtually. And to get a bit of exercise anyway, lecturer Julia Thiele encouraged participants to take part in an online warm-up organised by the university sports centre.
